Access to Vstancer (Ability to change wheel size, stance, camber, slam vehicle( lower vehicle) on any vehicle. 

(Instructions on using the vStancer:  - Press G next to any vehicle you have driven or spawned. - To get a cursor, press Shift and wait until the cursor appears. - Press Tab to focus on different slide bars for more accurate adjustments. - If your car has custom wheels on then you will have the ability to change the wheel size. )   

NOTE: Abusing this in unrealistic matters can result in removal of Project: Vstancer. /  Must be used in a garage or out of sight. (EX: Ally ways, behind buildings, garages etc)
